Why Do This?
As a Phoenix Realtor since 2010, I was watching sellers give away tens of thousands in commission. I knew there had to be a better way. Not cheaper service. Smarter service. It didn’t sit right with me. I knew there had to be a better way to deliver top tier service without the hefty price tag. I launched Modern Listing so Phoenix and Scottsdale sellers could save more of what they worked for and actually use it.
My drive comes from empowering sellers to keep more of their money while still getting a seamless, full service experience. A three time winner of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors Top 40 Under 40 and former board member of the Scottsdale Unified School District Foundation, I’m deeply rooted in our community and driven to make real estate fairer, smarter, and more rewarding for you.

Born in Maryland, I moved across the country seven times by age 11, igniting a passion for real estate early on. When my family settled in Scottsdale, Arizona, for my dad’s IBM job, I fell in love with the Valley of the Sun. A Scottsdale resident from 1995, I’ve called North Phoenix home in recent years, giving me deep roots and insights into both vibrant communities.
I’m a proud Arizona State University alum (Go Sun Devils!), with degrees in Business and Kinesiology blending sharp business instincts with a focus on well being.. My real estate career took off fast, I was the top agent on three top performing teams nationwide, sharpening my expertise in negotiations and client success. That experience honed my skills and fueled my drive to do things differently.
In 2025, I founded Modern Listing with one goal: to give Phoenix and Scottsdale sellers a smarter way to sell, full service, fair price and more of their equity to actually live with. Frustrated by sky high 3% commissions, I launched a tech savvy, volume driven model offering full service real estate for just 1.5%. My mission is simple: full service representation, fair price, more of your equity in your pocket when you close. From negotiations to marketing, I handle it all with integrity, transparency and a relentless focus on your goals.
Outside work, I hike with my wife, Nikki, and our rescue dog, Finn, often exploring North Phoenix trails or Scottsdale’s scenic spots.
